Friends of Gibralter has invited Tasha Schuh to speak on April 23, 2025.  Tasha is the author of "My Last Step Backward".  As a young girl, Tasha was passionate about theater and at the age of 16, during a rehearsal stepped backward and fell sixteen feet through a trap door.  She landed on a concrete floor and broke her neck, leaving her quadriplegic.  She remains a survivor, believer and fighter.  She will share her story of resilience and triumph over the tragedy.

Shepherd of the Bay is hosting a Mental Health and Wellness Fair from 4:30-6:30 p.m. that includes a chili dinner with and Tasha presenting her story.

SAIL will have a table at the event to share information.
