The Outreach Committee increases awareness of SAIL by connecting our mission with the wider community in compelling and meaningful ways.

Benefits of Serving:

• Use creativity to share SAIL’s story
• Build relationships with community partners and local media
• Gain experience in marketing, communications, and event promotion
• Help strengthen SAIL’s presence across Door County

Activities:

• Plan outreach events and facilitate outreach activities
• Review marketing collaterals annually
• Build relationships with key community members
• Plan and implement marketing avenues
• Manage social media
• Determine annual goals for marketing activities
• Recommend new outreach avenues to the Advisory Council

Your Contribution:

Roughly 3–6 hours per month, depending on events and projects. Participation can include planning, distributing information, engaging with partners, or supporting social media—each member chooses what aligns with their strengths.
