The Volunteer Committee support an engaged, appreciated, and well-prepared volunteer network that ensures high-quality service for SAIL members.
Benefits of Serving:

Activities:
- Develop strategies related to volunteer recruitment and retention
- Facilitate orientations
- Review volunteer handbook annually
- Plan and facilitate appreciation events
- Recommend new actions for volunteer retention to the Advisory Council
Your Contribution:
About 3–4 hours per month, including periodic involvement with onboarding and appreciation activities. Time may increase during volunteer recognition periods, but schedules remain flexible.
