The Membership Committee supports a warm, responsive, and high-quality membership experience from first contact through every stage of involvement.
Benefits of Serving:

Activities:
- Determine and implement satisfaction surveys
- Develop strategies around membership growth and retention
- Assist with new members
- Assist with membership renewals
- Recommend member satisfaction actions to the Advisory Council
Your Contribution:
Typically 2–4 hours per month, including routine communication touchpoints with members and follow-up activities after meetings. Workloads rise slightly during renewal periods.
