The Membership Committee supports a warm, responsive, and high-quality membership experience from first contact through every stage of involvement.

Benefits of Serving:

Activities:

  • Determine and implement satisfaction surveys
  • Develop strategies around membership growth and retention
  • Assist with new members
  • Assist with membership renewals
  • Recommend member satisfaction actions to the Advisory Council

Your Contribution:

Typically 2–4 hours per month, including routine communication touchpoints with members and follow-up activities after meetings. Workloads rise slightly during renewal periods.
